For the 2025 season, we will open at least part of five campgrounds (see below) in June!! Effort is still being made to open more campsites after the Lionshead fire, but the severely burned areas will take more time. Trails in the area are open again. Forest service has done an excellent job restoring most of the boardwalk around Monoe Lake!
All campsites are first come first serve: We do not take reservations for camping. Also, we cannot take credit or debit cards for payment at the campgrounds or the resort. Payment is made with cash or check at the campground drop box or to an Olallie Lake Resort employee.
2025 Season Opening and Closing Dates
Paul Dennis Campground: June 13th to September 28th
Olallie Meadow Campground: June 20th to September 28th
Triangle Campground: June 20th to September 28th
Camp 10 Campground: June 20th to September 28th Note: Sites 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 will be available for use. Sites 1, 8, 9 and 10 were severely damaged and will not reopen:(
Peninsula Campground: June 27th to September 28th (*Still tentative - 1st time reopening since the fire) Note: Sites are limited to work could be restored for use. We will try to reopen approximately 20 sites of the original 35 sites. Work may continue through the summer.
Horseshoe Campground: Unknown-closed all of 2025
Quiet Time: Most people visit the Olallie Lake Scenic area to get away from noise! Quiet hours in all campgrounds is 10PM to 6AM. If you want to play music or a radio anytime from 6AM to 10PM, please do not play it load enough for others to hear. Report any misconduct to an Olallie Lake staff member. Thank you!
